Downtown building and businesses owners who own buildings or operate businesses along North Main
Street between the Erie Canal and State Street or on East Bank Street between North Main Street and
Platt Street may qualify for grants up to $50,000 for commercial and facade improvements, and $25,000
per residential unit.
